New IETF Working Group for SPF Chartered

The IESG yesterday approved the charter for SPFbis. The working group is intended to update RFC 4408 and bring it from Experimental to Standards track status.

The IETF's goal for the group is to have the standards track update for SPF ready for publication by the end of 2012.
