Standards track update of SPF approved by IESG (RFC 4408bis)

The IESG announced today that it had approved draft-draft-ietf-spfbis-4408bis as a Proposed Standard.

This document updates SPF as defined in RFC 4408 to reflect operational experience with the protocol gained during it's experimental phase.
